i have a problem with preview

hello guys
I have a really annoying problem with the preview in after effect.

i work with 2d explainer videos templates and the preview is too slow
i have bought a new pc and still too slow

i tried every single version of after effect from cs6 to cc 2018 and i change the setting many times and no thing works

i don't know what to do.

here is the pc specifications .

CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 1700 8-Core 3.0 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo)

MBD: Asus ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING

GPU: Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB

SSD: Crucial MX300 275GB SATA 2.5" 7mm (with 9.5mm adapter) Internal SSD

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 16GB DDR4-3000

1x16GB

I noticed another thing, while After Effect is working, in the task manager the GPU is almost always 0%-5% and the CPU around 60%. Why After Effect can't use more resources?

As Kevin said you need to share more information related to media/footage your working on in After effects and composition settings.
