Merging Accounts?

Hi All,

So I have two Adobe accounts: The first one is an older one, it is tied to a desktop license of Lightroom. The second is a monthly subscription to Lightroom. They are both tied to separate email accounts.

What I want to know is, can I combine all accounts into a single account under one of the existing emails? Also, how do I move my library from the original desktop account into the newer subscription account. Is this possible?
