HELP! Photoshop 2017 Cannot move object with move tool in all of a sudden.

Photoshop 2017 Cannot move object with the move  tool in all of a sudden. I dont know what's wrong, I try other files and it still unable to move with the move  tool,

Nothing's lock, I can click on all layers, but cannot move the content with move  tool, I can  only move objects when I tilted it/change its directions and size or use rectangular marquee tool box it and move object in the box,  i reopen the program already, and the problem remains, I dont know what's wrong, PLEASE HELP!

If the layer is a Background layer, the move tool won't move it.

If you are not working with a Background layer, please show a screen capture of your file and the layers panel.

Maybe you use Auto Select Layers/Goup option?
