Puppet Tool missing

I've just installed After Effects 2018 and there  is no puppet tool. Any ideas?

Btw, where is the support team when you need them?

Probably taking a long New Year's weekend.  It IS a holiday, y'know.  Unlike police stations and hospitals, no one's going to die if the Adobe Help Desk is a little understaffed.   Or a lot understaffed.

Then I should get a holiday from paying for a program that doesn't work. No one will die, but someone who doesn't have a holiday might loose a job.

Maybe you're seeing the starch tool indicated above? It's behind that in the drop-down.
