So it's a long story, I used to do art on my iPad, it's my understanding that you need an account to use the app (it's a long time ago I set it up) I used adobe illustrator, now I have a surface and I factory reset my iPad without checking the email or even if I had an account on it so that means the only art I have from my iPad is what is posted on art amino and frankly that upsets me, I tried looking for a contact email for support from adobe but I can't find one it's just forums, is all my information and art gone? can anyone help me? I have two account both of which don't have the art from my ipad even though one of them looks like it should, I don't know what to do can anyone help me

Log into both of your accounts at http://creative.adobe.com and check if your artwork is still in your CC account. If you did not cancel your account during all that time, there's a slight chance at least some of it is still there.
