Can someone help me, I use Photoshop CS6, and when i try to import a video (Video fotograms to Layers) it says DynamicLight is not available, on Youtube there are like hundred of videos trying to fix that but any video doesn't work.
Nobody can tell you anything without system info and other technical details. Regardless of this, it still comes down to the simple fact that some external process is blocking DynamicLink or you don't have sufficient user privileges, so double-check again.
