Hi,

Just installed Win 10 Home from my local laptop repair store, and I have Win 10 Home version 1709. Then I subscribed the Photography Plan and Installed Lightroom CC.

However when I tried to open it, it hangs at the startup screen (that credit window) and the blue wheel indicator keep spinning.

Already tried compatibiity, repairing c++ 2012 version 4, admin rights, but all not works.

Any other ways to rectify this?

PS: my laptop got twin graphic i.e AMD and Intel. However when I used win 7 last time, this is not a problem, and I can use LR like normal.

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers

Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

•ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

Win10 is not Win7
