Can no longer upload to FTP host

I tried to update my Muse software today and it did not seem to work.  When I try to open a project and upload to my FTP host I get an error message saying the FTP address is invalid.  Can someone help me figure out what is going wrong with Muse?  thanks, C

Is the address actually valid? Can it be accessed outside of Muse, say, with a browser i.e. http://?????????.???

Hi Chris,

The best way to check if your credentials are correct is trying to connect with any third party client like Filezilla.

If your credentials work fine there, then we can look further into Muse FTP settings.

However, if they don't work there as well, then you will have to get it checked by your FTP host.

Sans Filezila (or similar); Into the address bar in a browser type ftp://[your domain name] then enter Username and Password.

My updated version of Muse had not installed.  This seems to have been the problem.
