Adobe Pro DC installer stops at 3%

I have been trying to install Pro DC since last night, and have paid for and downloaded the installer. Last night it got up to 3% and then simply stopped downloading, this took over 45 minutes. This morning I tried again. I have since re-downloaded the installer, but I'm still stuck at 2% downloading. It says it's calculating the time remaining but nothing ever changes.

It's just said the server isn't responding correctly, please retry.

FWIW I have managed to download everything else today; that is, I'm able to open emails, download attachments, etc, so it doesn't seem to be an internet connection issue.

Hi, it was an issue with a fairly slow internet connection. Once we reset

everything I was able to download it onto my MacBook and it's all fine now,

thank you!
