Ps2018 printing smaller than orderd size

Does Ps2018 add lines of code to Cs6 and Ps2017?? The problem seems to effect all the adobe programs I use...  When printing now I  always Size the print-

in print window I choose Paper size and feed+ paper type.  sending a 12x18 print on 24x13feed, but I get reduced print (2.75 x 4) 0n paper fed 24x13 size
