How to Create a 3D Vector Mascot - Example Inside

I recently saw a mascot on some website attached image for reference, Is is possible to convert my websites the existing 2D logo (You can find the logo on INRDeals.com website) into a 3D logo.

I would really appreciate if someone can provide a guide or link for reference.

It's too small to work with.  Do you have a high res version?

I had a guess at it after upsizing the icon.  If you were actually spamming us to get some clicks through to your Deals website, I'm coming to get you.
