Hello !
On m'a dernièrement transmis une vidéo où la voix du narrateur résonne. L'objectif serait de retirer un peu cette résonance sans dénaturer la voix de la personne, mais je ne sais pas comment faire. Je n'ai pas encore beaucoup de connaissance technique sur After effect, merci de m'aider.

Nothing to do with After effects. AE is not an audio editing tool. That's what Audition is for. Unwanted reverberation can be removed with parametric EQs, de-essing effects and of course conventional treatments like tweaking the frequencies with a normal EQ to make annoying frequencies less pronounced.

You should also be made aware that it is EXTREMELY difficult to fix bad audio. It's harder than correcting bad video.
Personally, I would try to get new audio -- if it's a narrator, the original audio file probably still exists, and it was presumably recorded properly.
