Hello AdirKubesi,

As per the description above, you are getting a blank PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Is that correct?

Please try the below-mentioned step and check if it brings any changes:

  • Open Acrobat Pro DC and Navigate to Edit>Preferences>General and uncheck these two options:
    • Show online storage when opening files.
    • Show online storage when saving files.
  • Close Acrobat, restart the machine and check.

If the issue persists, please repair the installation files of Acrobat from Help>Repair installation.

Is it happening with all the PDF files, or with one PDF file? Is it possible to share a sample PDF file with us which you are trying to open and getting blank PDF so that we can review at our end? To share the file, please refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

What is the dot version of Acrobat Pro DC installed, to identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

It's not a pdf file it's the tab "my computer" and the tab "add account" that display blank page, instead of the files in the storage

If you have tried all the suggestions shared above, then please check for any pending updates of Acrobat Pro DC from Help>Check for updates. Restart the machine after the updates are installed(if any). Then check with Acrobat.

If the issue persists, then uninstall the Acrobat Pro DC using the Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Restart the machine and then install Acrobat back from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
