Lightroom CC will not start

I've been using Lightroom Classic on my WIndows 10 laptop. I decided to try Lightroom CC but I can't get LR CC to open. LR CC crashes each time I try to start it. The following crash report dialog box come up.

Ok - Thanks for that info.

Did you send the report so Adobe may be able to determine what's wrong/different about your computer that it won't allow Lr CC to run?

Yes. I've sent the report multiple times.
