What brushes are these?

I was watching a Photoshop video today and when they selected the brushes I realized I did not have them. I was wondering if anybody knew what they are and where I can get them.

It's really not easy to know for sure without seeing the Brush settings panel, and the image is so busy I couldn't tell what affect the brush had.   It looks like they are simple sampled brushes with no settings, so if I was looking for a read made set I'd search for starburst or explosions.

It's incredibly easy to make your own presets, and a lot of fun, so have a go if you have the time
