New installed CC PS is in some kind of zoom condition

My new installed CC PS is in some kind of zoom + condition.

The whole layou is just huge! - like 200% zoom. There is no problems in any other adobe CC apps.

My screen is an 27".

Any idea what to do to get it back in regular size?

- The image below doesn't show it very good. But take a look at the icones in the button of the screen, tiny compared to the icones in PS. But the icons in the button is normal sized!

Go to Edit > Preferences and change UI scaling to 100% - then restart Photoshop
