Update Creative Cloud Manually

I work for the Government and the mandates OS is not allowing us to download throught the application for updates.  I am unable to update creative cloud throught the product.  I need to be able to download all updates manually.  Where can I find these updates to download them manually?  Thanks!

Download Creative Cloud apps

I'm trying to update through the CC app and app Updates are incredibly slow (ran all night and only started 2nd app). Downloading individually works fine.
