I have a corrupt catalog. Spoke to an Adobe rep this morning at 9:30 and was on the hone with him for an hour.  he couldn't solve the problem and said he would call back.  It's now almost 7:30pm.  how long does it usually take for a rep to get back to you?  thanks

You should have backups of the catalog file that are no more than one week old, sometimes even newer.

Find and use the newest backup.

Yeah, Adobe has some of the worst customer service representatives ever. They will not call you back
