I can not use photoshop CS5

I have not used photoshop since I went to Windows 10. I used it on this computer with Window 7. It is to late to go back to Windows 7 and I can not afford to buy a new master collection and I need to use photoshop. Can open the program but I can not save or save as.

What happens when you try? What error message do you get?

There is no error box. when I click save as the save as box does not pop up.

I am able to save but not save as, so I can not change a jpg to png.
