InDesign-Datei lässt sich weder öffnen noch konvertieren

Ich kann meine indd Datei nicht öffnen. Es kommt eine Fehlermeldung ich sollte diese konvertieren. Kann ich aber nicht weil ich mich neuanmelden muss was auch NICHT FUNKTIONIERT! Ich kann nicht arbeiten - so ein Mist!
