Can´t open any type of picture in Photoshop CC 2017. The editing window blinks for a split second and then dissapear. Can't open in program, klick and drag to program or "open with" in file menu. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall program without any progress. Had the same problem about a year ago and I found information that I should go to settings and unmark a checkbox somewhere (bco some error in the program). Can't find the information now, or remember which checbox it was.
