Transfer Lightroom 5.7.1 to Classic CC

I am using Lightroom 5.7.1 on my computer with all my RAW pictures on local hard drive.

I have bought a new computer and intend to install Lightroom Classic CC. How can I transfer all edits of my RAW pictures and catalogue to my new computer, so I will not loose all the work done to my pictures. My old computer has a 32 bit microprocessor so I could not upgrade Lightroom to a more recent release.

Thanks for the feedback. Very useful. I will soon make a start with all back ups and start configuring my new computer with Lightroom. classic

I Just downloaded and installed LR Classic CC and imported my old catalogue of LR 5 after an upgrade all pictures including associated work were avaialble.
