New Bookmarks from Structure adds numbered steps from Word 2013

Hello,

When I use the New Bookmarks from Structure feature to generate a list of bookmarks from a Word 2013 document, included in the bookmarks are numbered steps. I had selected H1, H2, and H3 to be in the structure, not steps. Is this an known issue?
