photoshop does not show me my files when i open him

So, since i have installed the photoshop on my laptop i have this problem with the files that i open on photoshop, so i started to search what happened and i thought it was my video driver, but it wasn't, sometimes when i close the photoshop and reopen again the problem was solved, but now the problem it's more frequently and stil happening.

Just to make sure: Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

So i called to the support of adobe and we discovered the problem, it's really my video driver, now i'm searching for a update of the driver, it's the Radeon R7 M445. Thank you for the help.
