The first thing to check is the version of you Display Adapter device driver make sure it the latest one available from the maker of the adapter.  Also try editing you Photoshop's preferences performance section uncheck use graphic processor close editing preferences and Photoshop. See if image now display.

Thank you, but your answer does not answer my question.

I'm pretty sure it's a bug because if I close Photoshop and try

several times to open the file at the end it opens.

What to do is not to happen again.

Thanks Meital

I did not try to answer you question.  I asked you to check to see it you have the latest device driver installed into your system for your display adapter from the manufactures web sit.  And to try turning off use GPU in Photoshop performance.   Do you have the latest driver installed? Have you tried turning off use gpu?
