Colour management issues

Printing colours don't match edited image

We have a HP Envy 4500

What are we doing wrong?

Would you mind telling just what steps you use to Print from Lightroom CC?

To be honest we are beginners at this.

We have colour management on manage by printer, and photo paper chosen

Have you chosen a specific print profile relating to your printer, paper type, ink etc, together with rendering intent?

Ive read info and ticked the 16 bit output, all the rest seemed correct though

when checking printer settings there is no option for colour management? Any idea why

Sorry, I've found colour settings on printer. No option to turn off but I can choose colour sync or vendor matching?

Did you look in the Printers Properties dialog and Printers settings dialog on your computer (Not On the physical printer).

Hi, In the printer settings where it says layout, there was colour matching to choose ;either colour sync or vendor matching. No option to turn off?
