所有應用程式都不能打開,不斷要求登入,登入後按繼續後,再要求登入,不斷循環,打不開程式

All applications can not open, keep continue to request login, press continue after login, and then asked to log in, continue to cycle, can not open the app !

Thank you! But I can not open all applications after Check for Creative Cloud desktop app updates and Uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop App. The applications keep continue to request login, press continue after login, and then asked to log in, continue to cycle, can not open them. I am Mac OS X user. Do you have other method?

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
