Validation screen loop

Hello

I've bought the bundle with Lightroom and Photoshop several month ago and since the beginning I have the validation screen for photoshop looping indefinitely. I didn't asked for the problem since it wasn't urgent but I finally take time to resolve this issue because I need it to work and using my weak laptop (were photoshop runs) is time consuming.

I've tried the steps concerning SLStore and SLCache but it didn't worked. When it was in Trial mode i't worked but since the trial week has ended CC considers that I have to buy it to make it run. And when I click on Photoshop or on a Raw file, the loop appears.

Hi Jean,

As you're stuck on the validation loop, could you try solution 2 mentioned on this article, if that doesn't work then try solution 3: Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite

Thanks for the answer but I've tried both solutions and it didn't worked as expected
