Problem launching Photoshop CC 2018

Anyone else have an issue with launching Photoshop CC 2018 in which, after the loading screen, the application window appears but then it just sits empty (no recent files or anything within the window) and won't do anything? The menu bar shows up, but nothing is clickable. Keyboard shortcuts (like Ctrl+N) don't work. I literally have to Ctrl-Alt-Del and end task for Photoshop, and then try to launch again. Usually it launches on the second attempt, but sometimes a third is required. This is in Windows 10.

Hi Jasonmstone,

As your Photoshop is not launching properly, could you please let us know which exact version of Photoshop are you using? You can check that by going to Help > System Info.

Could you try resetting the preferences of Photoshop & let us know if it helps? Preferences in Photoshop

Regards,

Sahil
