Downloads Not Showing

I am trying to view all my downloads for "

Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard and Teacher Edition‎"

However whenever I select show all downloads, I get an error that says "There was an error loading your downloads"

How can I view these downloads to get my product on my new computer?

Did you read all the stuff you need to do before downloading?  Here the download link and what is required. Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications

For windows there are two file Mac one file.  The 3+GB file contains all of the suite its a package of many files.
