Hi so I have a question (obviously). I have a Ugee 19" drawing monitor and it was working with Illustrator but I got Photoshop today and I can't use it. Anytime I drag the Photoshop window onto my Ugee monitor it almost completely freezes. The only thing I can do is expand the window and that just messes it up more. Once I drag it back onto my PC screen however I can see everything I did but it won't display those changes as I make them on the Ugee monitor. What could be wrong?
Simple: Insufficient/ incompatible graphics hardware. PS uses this stuff a lot these days. So start by checking your preferences and tone hardware acceleration down or turn it off entirely. Additionalyl of course update your drivers and tweak their settings...
