is there way to cancel membership without picking the phone?

I would like to cancel my membership but I have only the Phone option available. is there a way to cancel it through e-mail?

I cannot make the phone call.

Log in to your Adobe account.  There should be an option available.

I'll just note that this can get complicated, and I am not convinced that everyone can cancel without phone. And I don't think by email.

One of the options on Vidya's link  is "If Cancel plan is not displayed, contact us to cancel your subscription." This goes to a page where you can easily get confused. I've never actually wanted to cancel my plan, so my attempts to track this are limited. But once I got an instruction that suggested that in some countries you cannot cancel via the account management. And, in any event, it is not available for everyone.
