Photoshop and Illustrator

Hi,

I'm new to this forum. I was trying to get help via Adobe Support, but an error occured.

I have recently bought Adobe Indesign online and I have Photoshop and Illustrator (old versions and installed via Adobe Suite CD) on my PC, however after I downloaded Adobe Indesign (web version) both Photoshop and Illustrator don't work and I get this error message:

Anyone know how to solve this (I don't have the CD anymore) and has this problem occured because I downloaded Adobe Indesign?

I really really need to get these two programs to work!

Help is highly appreciated. The IT administrator here at work cannot help me with Adobe programs:-(

There is no such thing as a “web version” of InDesign. Creative Cloud is just a name.

Adobe will only help with Creative Cloud, the current version. Don’t try to mix it with old apps, one will break, perhaps permanently. You at least need to keep your disks and serial numbers to reinstall, though that is often not enough. Cs, CS2 and CS3 can no longer be installed.

If I had known this I would never had downloaded Indesign, just kept the old versions we have here at work.
