Hello,I have a problem with the 3d tool's. its not open and Nor does it appear as a push button.. What do i need to do ?

Hi

First check your document is in RGB mode (Image >Mode)

If it is, can you go to Help >System info and click on copy. Then paste the info here. It will help us to see if there is anything in your set up preventing you from using 3D

Photoshop is not seeing your Graphics Processor ( GPU) Open GL functions and it needs the GPU functions for 3D.

Go to Photoshop >Preferences > Performance and see if you can turn on Use Graphics Processor. If you can, start a new document and try 3D

1. Check your system meets the minimum requirements (two links below)

What exactly are you doing when you get the message saying you have a problem with the drive?
