Instalation on Windows7

How can you install Lightroom CC on a Windows 7 computer (16 GB RAM, 4 GB Nvidia, 30 GB freespace on disk)

When I try to install, I find that I have to check the HW of my PC, but I do not find anything that should be wrong.

Windows 7 is not supported for LR CC (it's OK for LR Classic though). See these system requirements: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC system requirements
