Indesign CC 2018 doesn't open properly

MY OS is Windows 10 and after finish installing ID CC 2018, my ID CC 2018 was not responding. i tried to uninstall and reinstall,still not fix the issue.  please help.tq

Hi,

Please try once after deleting your cache and preference folders.Troubleshooting 101: Replace, or "trash" your InDesign preferences
