If I am on Hungarian site I don’t have option,  but if I choose UK I see the price and I have the opportunity to buy...I don’t understand this

Unfortunately the Student & Teacher edition is not available to purchase via adobe.com in Hungary - https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/products/creativecloud/cc/pdfs/cc-availability-matrix.pdf
