If I go backwards from CS5 to CS3, what are the risks?

I have a lot of PS art files created in both cs3 and cs5.  I'm currently using cs5 but am thinking of returning back to using cs3.  If I do that, will all of my cs5 files get ruined if I try to open them in cs3?  Thanks!

Certain features will get rasterized, for example, the ability to do some types of warp within smart objects were not available in CS3 so the smart object might get rasterized.
