We were working on a RH project on a computer that crashed. We were forced to reformat the computer and the back up files got corrupted. Is there a way to download the published files from the server and bring them back into the computer so we can start from there? The project is HUGE and rebuilding from scratch may be too much work. HELP!

What type of output are you using? It sounds like webhelp. If so, you need to realise that published RH output is not the sort of thing you want to be importing into a RH project. Is there no other backup available?
