trying to disable right click hold

i really wish that Adobe didn't incorporate this into their system (or at least created a better shortcut for it), but i use a Huion 680s tablet and Photoshop Elements 15. the current tablet is a bit more sensitive than the Wacom Bamboo i had, and i've been trying to figure out how to completely disable the right click hold without screwing my computer up too much.

yes, i've done that Pen and Touch settings but it still works; yes, i've done the Flicks trick. neither of these work. please help. otherwise, i might have to try to find an alternative that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

i've already done this. it doesn't work. it still will do the hold click even when disabled. i'm asking if there's a different way that maybe i overlooked.

It is more to do with how the system supports the pen. Then Adobe's pen tool implementation.  Adobe uses your systems services for pen support Its how the pen device driver and system services work that Adobe depends on.  So how Photoshop pen tool works is influenced by device driver and system settings.
