SIgned up for 1 year of 10 photos per month, cant even download 1!??!

Logging into my Creative CLoud account, I can see that on 7th April 2017 I signed up for a free year of Adobe Stock (10 images per month).

The order number shown on my account for this is: ADD001165711UK

Now in January 2018 and I cant download an image.

Ive checked it isnt a "premium" image.

The image in question is #65236655

Please, can someone help urgently as Im in the middle of a job for a client and need to get this resolved asap.

You signed up for the 10 assets/month, annual subscription where the first month was free.  The Stock subscription was cancelled during the first month free trial period.

I have checked your account details and noticed that your Stock subscription has been cancelled and the remaining assets got expired on 5/7/2017. I would like to let you know that you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

Sorry I'm confused.

i certainly still have my Creative Cloud subscription, and I don't remember ever cancelling my Adobe stock subscription.

im not sure this even makes sense - why would I have cancelled a Stock subscription that was free for a year?
