Creating Schedule Page On Website

I want to add a employee work schedule into my existing business site that workers can access from their phones

Easy Solution - create a webpage that has no link or connection to the website navigation or menus. Give the page a special name, and have employees use that special URL address to view it. For example, the website name, backslash, "onlineschedule" or whatever I decide to call that webpage.

Would this be able to work? What do you suggest? (Note -no personal information would be displayed. It would be a calendar spreadsheet with just names and times of workers)

You may give a try to google calendar, which is also easy to embed.
