We use Stock products with 10 images per month. However, video assets are not downloaded.

Do I need to make a separate purchase to download video assets?

Or is there a difference in the ability to download assets depending on the region?

To download the video, you will see the message "Online license is not available in your region".

If you try to use an extension license on an image, the same message occurs.

We will contact you about how to purchase an extension license.
