How to connect to customer support

Hi,

one customer service guy posted somewhere that they can connect to our system to fix problems.

where can I find how to connect to customer support.

there is not email or hotline.

Shouldn't there be a way to talk/connect to someone?

first thanks for the quick response

I have a Windos 10 laptop, 12 GB Ram, 1 TB HD. Latest OR version as well as latest Samsung updates.

I can not open any type of file format or even create a new one

I did reinstall PS 2017, not success, even went back to 2015, same problem

Tried it from Lightroom too.

PS opens, one time I even went to Camera Raw, but then it crached going into PS. Once I saw a layer when I open a JPEG file, but then it crashed too.

I also did the Ctrl+Alt+Shift with no success

message was the PS crached, do you want to send an email to Adobe?

overall I deinstalled and installed it 3 times, and it was working great a few weeks ago. I usually do my LR room first and then open from LR straight into PS.

Now I am getting an erroer message " the file could not be edited because Adobe Photoshop CC 1028 could not be lauched"

I did that traight from LR. The PS staring window is frozen in the background.

When I select PS and that I need troubleshooting that it points me to community forum, no phone, no way to send an email and have a chat.

Seems like Adobe doesn't want to talk to me at all.

Choose All Apps and choose the Download and Install option.  That gives me a chat option.
