Tengo el Photoshop CC 2018 y no me deja seleccionar capas para cortarlas, pintarlas o copiarlas.
Me manda un mensaje diciendo que no hay píxeles seleccionados.

If none of the pixels inside your selection are 50% opacity or greater, it will show that message / dialog box/window.
