My iPad pro 12,9'' cannot open pdf files. When I select the file, which is supposed to be opened, the select screen disapperas (as normal), but after that the app does nothing. The file was not opened and I am back looking at the start/ home screen of the app at the list of files, which were opened at last.
Yes. The Problem appears when the file should normally be opened. I am able to select my Cloud and even the file, but after clicking on the file and downloading it, the app jumps into its startscreen, which is the first scrren/menue when opening the Adobe app.
Would you please provide more details so that we can diagnose the cause of the problem?
What is the iOS version on your iPad Pro?
What is the version of Acrobat Reader?
Does the problem happen to all of your PDF documents or a particular PDF document?
Where are the PDF documents stored? Are they stored locally on your iPad Pro or in cloud storage (e.g. Adobe Document Cloud, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive)?
