Editing a PDF and adding text to a page. It runs over.

Do I just need to add a text box to the next page?  If I do then all the following text on the next 3 pages would need to move down.  Is there any other solution?

No. PDF files were not meant to be edited in such a way and will not reflow automatically if you do edit them.
