Dear Support,
We got an abo regarding a team license with two user and right now we are facing the issue that the license server is not responding to our license request.
We already tried the troubleshooting from the FAQ and we are able to connect to the Adobe license server, however Adobe Acrobat is not starting.
We would appreciate further advise.

Sorry for the delay in response.
Are you still facing this issue? If yes, could you let us know if there is any error message you are receiving when trying to launch Acrobat?
