will not sync with mobile

For whatever reason my images won't sync anymore with my mobile app. On my computer is classic and on my phone is cc. Is this the problem? If so how do I fix it? Not sure if this has always been the case because I honestly never paid that much attention to the two.

When I log in at the upper left corner, my name never appears and it shows the exact same screen asking me to sign in.
