Dynamic Link Manager has stop working

Hello!

I've been having an issue only with Photoshop CC2015. Everytime I run Photoshop, there's a window wich says "Adobe Dynamic Link Manager .0 has stop working" and pops again and again, so I have to kill PS on Task Manager.

It only happens with Photoshop. I tried opening other apps (After Effects, Illustrator) and everything is fine with them.

How can I fix it? Thank you.
